However, caring about you and your case is not enough. That care goes hand-in-hand with the ability to provide quality service.

A Word About Fees:

While many believe that they cannot afford a lawyer, we believe that clients can, and should, receive quality legal services. We endeavor to meet this goal so that our clients do not have to be unrepresented in matters of importance to them. For instance, we accept personal injury cases on a contingent fee basis where no fee is charged unless we obtain a favorable result.

At the start of our representation in any matter, we provide our clients, in writing, with a fee agreement that sets forth the basis of our fee. We encourage our clients to discuss our fees. We can structure our legal fees in different ways through the use of flat charges for particular types of services, an hourly rate, a contingent fee arrangement where no fee is charged unless we obtain a favorable result for you, or a combination of these types of arrangements.

Our Commitment To You:
  • Provide quality legal services in a cost-effective manner.

  • Treat your needs as if they were our own.

  • Return your calls in a timely fashion.

Your Responsibility To Us:
  • Be organized.

  • Be honest.

  • Keep us informed.

  • Give us feedback on how we are meeting your needs.
